Attempt 3 at DPS

This is another attempt at double page spread, I have used several different photos of the model to make it look like (the line of images are from a photo booth) developments. I did this to make the DPS look different and interesting also this makes the page more full instead of it being crowded with text.

Attempt 2 at double page spread

With this attempt I experimented with two photos making the both fade into one and other, I like this because it looks shuttle and different which matches with my theme. Using nude colours to make the DPS suit the rest of the magazine, this makes the magazine look more realistic and professional when I did research I found that many established magazines only used their colour scheme when doing headlines.
In this I used a very large focused image of my model from the side of the page I thought this  was very interesting because it looked as if she was doing that on purpose which would capture the audience as she does look very different, almost creepy with blood from her nose but I think it makes the DPS look fascinating and full instead of too much text that would make the audience bored. I believe it suits my target audiences because when I asked them if they liked little or a lot of text the majority said little and preferred large images because it's more attractive and pleasing on the eye.

Starting to create double page spread

This is my first attempt at creating my double page spread, I like the idea that my focus model is in a C this emphasis the focus towards her. From researching double page spreads this is an idea I found, I think C looks different as I personally haven't seen it in any magazines I've read which makes the magazine look more unique and stand out above other magazines that haven't used or tried this style in showing off the featured artist.
After making the C with different combinations of photos I put the text in and started to make it look more realistic, I added other photo ideas I had stolen from the research images I have found to make the DPS look interesting and creative instead of being dull and loaded with too much text.
